Have You Heard About This?
I just viewed a UTube comment about a one world society (taking away the borders of Mexico and Canada) so that we would have one world organizations (Americo) for the once separate America,Mexico and Canada. The newly formed government would institute a similar Euro monetary system. Europe is already there, Asia and African could follow and so forth. Go to the utube link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vuBo4E77ZXo that talks about this. It makes you really put into perspective the information about a one world government the Bible talks about in the last days. So if you are given a chip into your system - the government turns it off - you are unable to sell, buy, etc. What does one do to prepare for such an event, and if this is truly happening as I speak, how does one stop the progression of this situation? What is our responsibility to those who do not understand about the end times. How do we stop this? I do not lean into fear, but rather fight. Fight against the darkness and influences. Our values are slowly eroding to the point of nothing. I need to stand and fight for what is right and just. What do you think?

Sabbath - Day of Rest?
I just heard a sermon on the Sabbath. In Genesis 2:2 it says: By the seventh day, God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done." In Exodus 20:8 it says, "Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labor an do all your work, but the seventhday day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your manservant or maidservant, nor your animals, nor the alien within your gates. For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
When I look at the New Testament scriptures, in Hebrews, 4:9-11 says "There remains, then a Sabbath-rest for the people of God for anyone who enters God's rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from his. Let us therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience." When I look at what Jesus did as example on the Sabbath, I see He taught in the Synagogue (Luke 4:16), and he healed, and when His disciples took grains of wheat off the stalks, Jewish Pharisees tried to convict them of disobeying God's law. But Jesus said, "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath," I find that the Sabbath should be kept, and that we are not under law (Old Testament bondage) but under grace (New Testament).
So here is the question: What is our responsibility to others knowing that we are to rest? I have heard that any day is ok to take as Sabbath as long as we rest one day and give it to God. I have heard that one should not to buy or sell, however you can do things that give you pleasure like gardening, or mowing the lawn, or what have you. And I have also heard that you can't cook on that day, or visit with friends, or wash dishes, or wipe up spilled milk. SO . . . What does it truly mean to rest then? How does one rest in American society, where our minds are taken a million different ways?
