What bugs you most about Christians?

How does one respond to someone who comes to you and says, "Are you saved?" What about someone who says, "Do you know where you will go when you die?" What does one say? For those who are Christians, what ways do you approach people who are not? How do they respond? It is definitely what someone feels passionately about, but how do you relay the passion without turning off the person?
